Chilli Panner (No Bake Recipe)

Chilli Panner (No Bake Recipe) - 





Hello all of you. Time for another NO BAKE RECIPE. 

Chilli Panner is an all time favourite Chinese dish. It tastes delicious and is easy to make. 

For this, we firstly fry panner cubes, dipped in a nice batter, till golden brown. Then we make a nice gravy out of different sauces, garli, green chilli, veggies etc. We then add the  paneer cubes in this gravy. Chilli Panner can be eaten along a roti or fried rice or chowmein. It tastes nice with any of these. 




Preparation Time - 5 minutes

Cooking Time - 20 minutes

Total Time - 25 minutes

Serves - 2

Ingredients :

  • 100 grams Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Onion  chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 green chilli chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour + 1 tablespoon 
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper according to the taste

Method - 

  • Firstly make a thick batter by adding 3 tablespoon cornflour in 2 tablespoon water. 
  • Cut paneer into small cubes. Heat oil in a large vessel. Nicely coat these paneer cubes in this batter and deep fry them till their color changes to nice golden brown. 
  • Now let's make the gravy. In a pan,  add one tablespoon oil. Heat it. Add garlic and green chilli. Saute for about a minute. 
  • Now add onion  and  capsicum. On a medium flame, saute this, for about two minutes. 


  • Now add tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Also add 1/4 cup water. 
  • On a low flame, mix this properly. Now mix one tablespoon cornflour in about half a tablespoon water. Add this to the gravy. Due to the cornflour and water mixture, the gravy will get thick. 
  • Now add the deep fried paneer cubes. Cook, on a low flame, for about a minute. 
  • Chilli Paneer is ready!

Honey Chilli Potato (No Bake Recipe)

Honey Chilli Potato (No Bake Recipe) 

  • - A great snack for kids as well as for house parties. 




Hello all of you. Honey Chilli Potato is a tasty Chinese snack. It is one of the best options as a snack for kids as well as a snack for house parties. 

Honey Chilli Potato consists of long potato wedges (Like french fries)  tossed in a nice saucy gravy of garlic, chopped onions and capsicums, various sauces etc. It tastes best when served hot, directly from the pan.

For this, the potatoes are firstly cut into long wedges. Then they are coated in a batter made up of flour,  cornflour and water. After this they are deep fried. Later on they are tossed in a nice saucy gravy. Sounds tasty, right! 😍

Preparation Time - 20 minutes

Cooking Time -  20 minutes

Total Time - 40 minutes

Serves - 4


Ingredients - 

For the potatoes - 
  • 4-5 potatoes cut into long wedges ( Like French fries) 
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water enough for making a thick batter
For the Sauvy Gravy - 
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 1 capsicum cut into thin juliennes (cut into long strips) 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 
  • 1 green chilli chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon 

Method - 

  • Cut the potatoes into long wedges,  like French fries. 
  • Make a thick batter using flour,  cornflour, salt and water. 
  • Heat oil in a pan. Mix the potato wedges and batter nicely. Now deep fry the potato wedges till they are  golden in color. 
  • For making the sauce,  take a pan. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Heat it. Add garlic and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds. 
  • Now add the chopped onions and capsicums. Saute, on a middle flame,  for around two minutes. 

  • Now add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, pepper, vinegar and honey. 
  • Cook it for a minute. 
  • Now add the deep fried potato wedges. On a low flame, nicely toss the potato wedhes so that they get coated with the gravy. 
  • Your honey chilli potatoes are ready! 

Note - 

  • You can garnish your honey chilli potatoes with white sesame and chopped spring onions. This will give  a nice look to the honey chilli potatoes. 
  • If you are making these for a party,  you can deep fry the potato wedges in advance. As your guests arrive, make the gravy, toss the potato wedges in the gravy and serve these hot to your guests. 
  • If you want you can add chilli flakes also. It would give them a spicy flavour.

SPECIAL VEG NOODLES (No Bake Recipe)

SPECIAL VEG NOODLES RECIPE - 






Hello all of you. Noodles is our all time favourite Chinese dish, isn't it? 
It is also a nice snack. Everyone likes to eat noodles. It gets cooked in no time. 
Noodles are of different varieties. We have the normal noodles, which are made from flour. Nowadays we also get Aata (Wheat Flour)  Noodles,  which are healthier than the normal noodles. Then we have egg noodles, which are generally very thin in shape. We have rice noodles etc. 

Special Veg Noodles is an easy yet tasty  dish to make. It consists of some really nice  veggies like corn, mushrooms, capsicum, carrots etc. So let's have a look at our recipe below. 




Preparation Time -  15 minutes

Cooking Time -  10 minutes 

Total Time -  25 minutes 

Serves -  3

Ingredients - 

  • Half packet noodles
  • 1 Capsicum cut into juliennes (cut it thinly in long stripes) 
  • 1 Carrot cut into thin julieness
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • Half cup corn
  • 4-5 mushrooms chopped
  • 1 Kashmiri Lal Mirch
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce (avoid if you don't want the noodles to be too spicy) 
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar 
  • Salt to taste

Method - 

  • Firstly boil the noodles. Put half packet noodles in a pan. Add enough water so that the noodles get submerged properly. Add 1 drop oil. Boil it till the noodles get cooked. Now take out the noodles and put it under  running  cold water. This will stop the noodles from getting cooked furthur. 
  • Take a pan. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Heat it. Add kashmiri lal mirch and garlic. Saute for a few seconds. Add green chilli. And saute again for a few seconds. 




  • Leaving corn,  add all the veggies. Saute on a high flame for 5 minutes approx. 
  • Now add salt,  tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix it nicely. 
  • Add the noodles. Mix it properly so that the veggies and the noodles get mixed together. 
  • Add corn. Mix nicely and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, on a low flame. 
  • Your Special Veg Noodles are ready!
