SPECIAL VEG NOODLES RECIPE -
Hello all of you. Noodles is our all time favourite Chinese dish, isn't it?
It is also a nice snack. Everyone likes to eat noodles. It gets cooked in no time.
Noodles are of different varieties. We have the normal noodles, which are made from flour. Nowadays we also get Aata (Wheat Flour) Noodles, which are healthier than the normal noodles. Then we have egg noodles, which are generally very thin in shape. We have rice noodles etc.
Special Veg Noodles is an easy yet tasty dish to make. It consists of some really nice veggies like corn, mushrooms, capsicum, carrots etc. So let's have a look at our recipe below.
Preparation Time - 15 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes
Total Time - 25 minutes
Serves - 3
Ingredients -
- Half packet noodles
- 1 Capsicum cut into juliennes (cut it thinly in long stripes)
- 1 Carrot cut into thin julieness
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 green chilli chopped
- Half cup corn
- 4-5 mushrooms chopped
- 1 Kashmiri Lal Mirch
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce (avoid if you don't want the noodles to be too spicy)
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method -
- Firstly boil the noodles. Put half packet noodles in a pan. Add enough water so that the noodles get submerged properly. Add 1 drop oil. Boil it till the noodles get cooked. Now take out the noodles and put it under running cold water. This will stop the noodles from getting cooked furthur.
- Take a pan. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Heat it. Add kashmiri lal mirch and garlic. Saute for a few seconds. Add green chilli. And saute again for a few seconds.
- Leaving corn, add all the veggies. Saute on a high flame for 5 minutes approx.
- Now add salt, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix it nicely.
- Add the noodles. Mix it properly so that the veggies and the noodles get mixed together.
- Add corn. Mix nicely and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, on a low flame.
- Your Special Veg Noodles are ready!
