VEG PASTA RECIPE (No Bake Recipe )

Veg Pasta Recipe (No Bake Recipe) - 




Hello all of you. I have started this segment called  'No Bake Recipies' on DELIGHTED BAKING. 

Although 'Delighted Baking' is a blog about baking, I will post one 'No Bake' Recipe per week. 

So the first 'No Bake'  Recipe is VEG PASTA. Pasta is an easy snack to make. It gets cooked in a very little time and it tastes so nice. You can make this if there is a party or get together in your home. Or just for eating as a snack for you and your family. 

Preparation Time -  10 minutes

Cooking Time -  10 minutes

Total Time -  20 minutes

Serves - 2

Ingredients -  
  • Boiled pasta -  2 cups
  • Capsicum finely chopped -  1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic finely chopped - 2 teaspoon 
  • Green chilli finely chopped - 1
  • Tomato cut and pureed - 2 
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli sauce - 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Salt to taste






Method - 

  1. Take a pan. Add pasta, water and little salt. Boil ut till pasta gets cooked. Strain the pasta and keep it aside. 
  2. Take aother pan. Add 2 teaspoon oil. Let it get a little hot.  Add garlic and green chilli. Saute for a minute. 
  3. Add capsicum, cauliflower and carrot. Saute for 2-3 minute on a low flame. 
  4. Now add tomato puree. Cook it for 3-4 minutes or till the raw smell of tomatoes go away. 
  5. Add tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce. Also add salt. If you want you can also add chilli flakes. 
  6. Cook it for a minute. 
  7. Now add pasta. Mix it properly so that pasta,  veggies and the sauce get mixed together nicely. 
  8. Cook it,  on a low flame,  for 3-4 minutes. 
  9. Your yummy veg pasta is ready.

  2. I love all the veggies and honestly wouldn't have thought to add veggies to spaghetti. I don't eat much pasta because I have Acid reflux but this recipe has definitely gotten my attention.

  7. It looks so delicious and so easy to make, im always looking for different ways to do my pasta i usually dint have enough time to cook so this recepie its great.. although im not a fan of chilli i gues im just not used to eating it but ill give it a try
